Acceptable Use
- API access is for approved integrations only
- Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically download data
- Do not resell API data to third parties
- Do not impersonate TaskNation in communications
- Respect rate limits and implement proper backoff
Data Handling
- Personal data (names, phones, emails) must be encrypted at rest
- Delete user data within 30 days of deauthorization
- Never store OAuth tokens in client-side code or logs
- Comply with CCPA and applicable state privacy laws
Branding
- Use "Powered by TaskNation" attribution when displaying our data
- Do not modify TaskNation logos or brand assets
- Follow our Brand Guidelines for co-branded experiences
Enforcement
Violations may result in API access suspension. Repeated violations lead to permanent revocation and potential legal action.
