How to request a refund for a service.
Refund Requests
When you can get a refund
- The pro didn't show up (automatic full refund)
- The service wasn't completed as described
- You cancelled within the free cancellation window
- The pro cancelled the appointment
How to request
- Go to your Orders page
- Select the order
- Click "Request Refund" or "File a Dispute"
- Describe the issue
- Our team will review within 48 hours
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
