How to request a refund for a service.

Refund Requests

When you can get a refund

  • The pro didn't show up (automatic full refund)
  • The service wasn't completed as described
  • You cancelled within the free cancellation window
  • The pro cancelled the appointment

How to request

  1. Go to your Orders page
  2. Select the order
  3. Click "Request Refund" or "File a Dispute"
  4. Describe the issue
  5. Our team will review within 48 hours

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
