Money-back guarantee
If the pro fails to complete the service as described, you can request a full refund.
What's covered
- Property damage caused by the pro during the service
- Service not completed as agreed
- Pro no-shows
- Theft or damage to personal property
Requirements
The project must be booked AND paid for through TaskNation. Off-platform payments void the guarantee.
How to file a claim
- Go to Help > File a Dispute
- Select your order
- Describe the issue and attach photos if applicable
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
