How cancellations work and what fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation

You can cancel for free if:

  • You cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • You cancel within 15 minutes of an instant booking
  • The pro hasn't confirmed the booking yet

Late cancellation

Canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. This compensates the pro for the lost time slot.

How to cancel

  1. Go to your Orders page
  2. Find the booking
  3. Click "Cancel"
  4. Select a reason for cancellation
  5. Confirm

Refunds for cancellations are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
