Cancellation Policy
How cancellations work and what fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation
You can cancel for free if:
- You cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled service
- You cancel within 15 minutes of an instant booking
- The pro hasn't confirmed the booking yet
Late cancellation
Canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee. This compensates the pro for the lost time slot.
How to cancel
- Go to your Orders page
- Find the booking
- Click "Cancel"
- Select a reason for cancellation
- Confirm
Refunds for cancellations are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
