What If My Pro Doesn't Show Up?

What to do if your professional doesn't arrive for the scheduled service.

Pro No-Show

If your pro doesn't show up for the scheduled appointment:

  1. Wait 30 minutes — Sometimes pros run late due to traffic or a previous job running over.
  2. Send a message — Try reaching the pro through TaskNation messenger.
  3. Report the no-show — If the pro doesn't respond within 30 minutes, report the no-show from your order page.

What happens next

  • You'll receive a full refund automatically
  • We'll help you find a replacement pro at no extra cost
  • The no-show will be recorded on the pro's account
  • Repeated no-shows result in the pro being removed from the platform
