What If My Pro Doesn't Show Up?
What to do if your professional doesn't arrive for the scheduled service.
Pro No-Show
If your pro doesn't show up for the scheduled appointment:
- Wait 30 minutes — Sometimes pros run late due to traffic or a previous job running over.
- Send a message — Try reaching the pro through TaskNation messenger.
- Report the no-show — If the pro doesn't respond within 30 minutes, report the no-show from your order page.
What happens next
- You'll receive a full refund automatically
- We'll help you find a replacement pro at no extra cost
- The no-show will be recorded on the pro's account
- Repeated no-shows result in the pro being removed from the platform
