If you're in immediate danger
Call 911 first. Then contact us.
How to report
- Go to Help > Contact Support
- Select "Safety Concern" as the subject
- Describe the incident in detail
- Include any photos, messages, or evidence
What happens next
- Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report within 24 hours
- The pro's account may be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We'll follow up with you on the outcome
- Serious violations are reported to law enforcement
